The American Health Council has warmly welcomed Dr. Alexandra Borders as “Best in Medicine.” Having worked in the healthcare industry for over nine years, Dr. Borders displays a wealth of experience in the field of Audiology.

After completing her BS at the Ohio University in 2003, Dr. Borders then went on to concentrate her studies in Audiology in order to become a Doctor of Audiology, achieving her AuD from the Central Michigan University in 2007.

During her esteemed career, Dr. Borders also became CCC-A certified, an internationally recognized professional credential for audiologists. In a continuous effort to broaden her knowledge, Dr. Borders remains an active member of the SLHA and AAA.

In her current capacity, Dr. Borders fulfils the role of Audiologist at the St. Cloud Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic. Displaying expertise in audiology, medicine and ear care, Dr. Borders’ daily tasks involve diagnosing and treating hearing loss and balance issues, with a particular focus on pediatrics.

Looking to the future, Dr. Borders aspires to continue working on expanding hearing technology and to further specialize in treating children. Outside of work, Dr. Borders enjoys spending time with her family and also commits her expertise where possible to helping the charity, Hearing Aid Bank.
