Jane E. Miller


The American Health Council has cordially appointed Dr. Jane E. Miller, M.D., as “Best in Medicine”. Drawing on many decades of experience, Dr. Miller is best known for her outstanding work in Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Miller received her Medical Degree from Downstate College of Medicine at the State University of New York in 1978, after graduating with honors in Gallic letters from Yale University. Following this, Dr. Miller achieved a postdoctoral fellowship in Psychiatry at the same academic institution, before she completed residency programs at Harvard University and the University of Tennessee in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Miller completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Downstate Medical Center, before serving as the Director of the Reproductive Endocrinology Division at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. In 1995, Dr. Miller opened a prestigious fertility clinic – North Hudson IVF Center for Fertility and Gynecology.

With dual board certification in Obstetrics and Reproductive Endocrinology, Dr. Miller is uniquely qualified to help couples struggling with fertility. To this day, she treats both men and women in the New York Metro and New Jersey at her practice, which specializes in fertility treatments, including, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor egg IVF, intrauterine insemination and intracytoplasmic sperm injection, as well as laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

As a testament to her success, Dr. Miller’s credentials speak for themselves. She has been included in the Top Doctors New York Metro Area (digital guide) for the last seven years and appeared in Jersey’s Best Magazine Top Doctors for nine consecutive years. Dr. Miller was also included in the 16th, 17th and 18th Editions of Top Doctors: New York Metro Area (book series), New York Magazine’s ‘Top Doctors’ in 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2021 and Jersey’s Best

‘Top Doctors for Women’s Health’ in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018 and 2021. She also received ‘Exceptional Women in Medicine’ in 2020 and 2021.

Dr. Miller prides herself on searching relentlessly for answers for patients with unexplained fertility issues. She believes for the best chance of success with minimal expense, a combination of rapid diagnostic work and aggressive medical management is the best course of action.

Dr. Miller never takes for granted the significance of her work and the impact it can have on both her patients and their families. Looking to the future, Dr. Miller hopes to continue building on her knowledge and skills in order to fulfil her desire to help as many people as possible.
