The American Health Council has warmly welcomed Ms. Irina Milgram as “Best in Medicine,” in recognition of her dedication and valuable contributions over the past 11 years as a Physician Assistant.

Ms. Milgram first became involved in her profession because she always wanted to be a member of the medical field. She embarked on her Physician Assistant Studies and achieved her MS from Rutgers University in 2007. She also holds a PA-C accreditation.

Currently, Ms. Milgram works as a Physician Assistant at Integrated Dermatology, a role she has upheld for 11 years. Her day to day responsibilities include performing dermatology procedures, with her clinical duties including annual cancer screenings, biopsies, laser procedures, and general patient care.

Integrated Dermatology’s goal is to provide excellent, compassionate, and timely dermatological care to all their patients. Key services provided include; Medical Care, Surgical Care, MOGs Surgery, Skin Cancer, Acne, Cysts, Rosacea, Eczema, Allergic Contact Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Moles, Warts, Hair Loss, Nail Disorders, Pharos Excimer Laser for Psoriasis and Vitiligo, as well as Advanced Varilite Vascular Laser.

Having amassed considerable expertise in Dermatology, Ms. Milgram is affiliated with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She attributes her success to being accepted into Rutgers, which allowed her to get to where she is today.

Looking to the future, Ms. Milgram’s goals within the next 5 years include continuing to grow in her practice; she enjoys growing her relationship and trust with her patients. She also gains great satisfaction from providing Pro-Bono work.
