In 1968, Mrs. Northington earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Tulane University, going on to achieve a master’s degree in Counselling in 1990 from the University of North Alabama.

At the beginning of her career, Mrs. Northington taught eighth grade English at McMain Junior High in New Orleans, LA. Retiring from counseling practice in 2017, Mrs. Northington decided to begin her own company, Life Coaching Solutions, where she carries out the roles of Life Coach and Certified PSYCH-K Facilitator.

Mrs. Northington believes that Life Coaching can improve a person’s reality, creating positive change, attitudes, beliefs, and behavior. During her incredible career, Mrs. Northington has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, phobias, marriage issues, career problems, chronic illness, and self-esteem. In order to broaden a person’s prosperity, enhance their health and improve their self-esteem, Mrs. Northington believes a strong partnership between a coach and client is essential.

After spending most of her career specializing in Mental Health Counselling and Life Coaching, promoting self-empowerment to help her clients achieve happiness, prosperity, and peace, Mrs. Northington has recently been recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Trusted Life Coach.

Outside of coaching, Mrs. Northington enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and three grandchildren.
