Randy Talamayan, MD is honored by the American Health Council as “Best in Medicine” for his outstanding contributions to the medical field. Currently a physician at his private practice, Randy Talamayan, MD, in New Jersey, Dr. Talamayan diagnoses and treats his patients in a compassionate manor. Since entering the healthcare industry over 25 years ago, Dr. Talamayan has garnered comprehensive skills and knowledge in internal medicine.
Following the encouragement from his parents, Dr. Talamayan decided to pursue a career in the medical field. He enrolled at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and earned a medical degree in 1993. He later completed a residency in pediatrics and internal medicine at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. He received board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2012.
Dr. Talamayan is affiliated with the Community Medical Center in Toms River, N.J., the Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus and the Hackensack Meridian Health Ocean Medical Center. In addition to operating his private practice since 2012, Dr. Talamayan also works in the Primary Prevention Care Unit and the Critical Care Unit. Throughout his career, he has authored several publications and presentations, including “Fever-induced protracted ballismus in choreoathetoid cerebral palsy,” PeBenito, R. Tamalayan, R.C. Pediatr (Phila.) 2001 Jan.
In his free time, Dr. Talamayan enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle by playing basketball, golfing and boating. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and his four children, Joseph, Alexandra, Sabrina and Isabella. Additionally, he contributes time and funds to local charitable organizations and volunteers at his local church and school. With a successful career at hand, Dr. Talamayan attributes his achievements to his hard work, dedication and commitment to his patients. He plans to maintain his success by continuing to expand his practice and provide patients with excellent patient care and education about their health.
